Delete Your Account
If you want to delete your Joony Darts account and associated user data, you can request deletion by contacting Joony Technologies at tech@joony.tech.
How to Request Deletion
- Email tech@joony.tech.
- Use the subject line Joony Darts Account Deletion.
- Include the account name, email address, or club/member details used in the app so we can identify your account.
What We Delete
- Account profile information associated with the deletion request.
- Linked authentication identifiers where applicable.
- Device-link or push-notification records associated with that account where applicable.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or operational purposes. If retention is required, we keep only the minimum necessary information for that purpose and only for as long as needed.
Processing Time
We aim to review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time after we verify the request.
